NEOM has revealed its latest project Jaumur, which will be the largest cosmopolitan city on the coast of the Gulf of Aqaba.

Jaumur will be an exclusive residential community that will welcome more than 6,000 residents because the coastal community will have more than 500 marina apartments and nearly 700 luxury villas with waterfront access.
Jaumur will also be home to two unique destination hotels that will have 350 luxurious rooms and suites, giving guests the best of hospitality.
An aerofoil of 1.5 kilometers rises above the largest of the yacht dock, which will provide year-round protection to the yachts.
Jaumur will host exciting arts and culture events and it will be home to high-end retail stores and restaurants.
The coastal community will also have a deep-sea research center and a top-tier international boarding school.
