The inaugural Saudi Esports World Cup will take place in Riyadh in the summer of 2024 and gamers will be pleasantly surprised to know that event is a bigger and better revamp of the annual Gamers8 event.

The Esports World Cup will include eight weeks of all kinds of fun gaming. The World Cup will also feature a cross-game competition format with various exciting activities.
The Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia His Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz announced the Saudi Esports World Cup during the recent New Global Sport Conference in Riyadh.
The gaming tournament will align with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 goals and it is expected that the tournament will create 39,000 new jobs.
