The guide serves as a step-by-step companion for pilgrims, covering every stage of their journey—from early preparation and travel requirements to transportation logistics and adherence to approved schedules. It includes:
- Detailed instructions for the Nusuk card, which grants access to the holy sites and the Grand Mosque, including its digital usage.
- Contact information for service providers, the Pilgrims Care Center, and health and emergency services.
- Illustrative maps of the holy sites, Hajj schedules, and transportation grouping instructions.
- A simplified explanation of Hajj rituals, ensuring pilgrims perform them correctly while prioritizing safety and efficiency.
Promoting Safety, Etiquette, and Operational Efficiency
Beyond logistical guidance, the guide emphasizes positive behaviors aligned with Hajj values, such as:
