With over a million pilgrims in the Kingdom, Saudi health officials urge caution as extreme heat hits holy sites during Hajj 2025.

KSA Reports Five Heat Exhaustions Cases of Hajj Pilgrims

Saudi Arabia reports five cases of heat exhaustion in Hajj pilgrims from more than one million pilgrims who have arrived in the Kingdom for the annual pilgrimage. 

All the pilgrims affected received medical attention and are now in stable condition. Health teams are on high alert, working to ensure the safety and good health of pilgrims. 

Saudi Arabia's National Center for Meteorology has forecasted hot weather at the holy sites during the Hajj season. Maximum temperatures are expected to range between 40°C and 47°C, while minimum temperatures are expected to range between 27°C and 32°C.

Humidity levels are expected to fluctuate between 15 percent and 60 percent. 

The health ministry has urged Hajj pilgrims to stay hydrated, avoid exposure to sunlight for long durations, and follow official health guidelines.
