Meanwhile, the Green Line covers 13.3 kilometers along King Abdulaziz Road, connecting 12 stations in important government and residential areas, including stops near the Ministry of Finance.

Sustainable Travel and Better Connectivity

The Riyadh Metro is designed to reduce the city’s dependence on cars, ease traffic congestion, and lower carbon emissions. Powered by renewable energy, it offers an eco-friendly alternative for daily commutes.

Flexible Ticketing Options

Passengers can choose from various ticket options, including a two-hour pass for SAR 4 and extended travel passes. Tickets are available via the Darb app, which integrates the metro system with the Riyadh Bus Project for seamless city-wide travel.

With the upcoming Orange Line, Riyadh’s metro will complete its 176-kilometer network, providing residents with a faster, more sustainable way to get around the city.
