Saudi Arabia's largest costume festival will be held at Boulevard City in Riyadh on Feb. 9 and 10 the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) announced on Monday.
The authority said it would offer free entry to both days of the festival which invites people to wear masquerades.

GEA took to its official twitter to call on everyone to showcase their creativity to create scary costumes.

Turki Al-Sheikh, chairman of the board of directors of GEA, inaugurated on Jan. 31 the Via Riyadh Zone, one of the entertainment zones in Riyadh that includes a chain of the top restaurants, brands, a hotel, and a cinema within a unique architectural pattern.
