Emmy award-winning HBO series, Succession, will return for its fourth season from 27th March. The hotly anticipated 10-episode series will air on OSN Showcase and stream on OSN+ simultaneously with the US, as the captivating drama returns to TV screens for its final season.

“The airing of season four of Succession is testament to our commitment to providing premium entertainment through our ongoing partnership with HBO,” said Ashley Rite, VP, Marketing & Growth at OSN+. “Season three broke records as it achieved the highest number of acting nominations in a single year at the Emmys in 2022, so we can expect yet another exhilarating season ahead, with fans getting their instant fix at the same time as the US so they don’t miss a moment.”

Brian Cox built anticipation for the new season of the Emmy award-winning series on a recent visit to Dubai for an announcement of OSN’s extended and expanded partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery.

Succession explores themes of power and family dynamics through the eyes of patriarch Logan Roy (Brian Cox) and his four grown children, Kendall (Jeremy Strong), Siobhan (Sarah Snook), Roman (Kieran Culkin), and Connor (Alan Ruck). The series unfolds as the sale of media conglomerate Waystar Royco to tech visionary Lukas Matsson moves ever closer. The prospect of this seismic sale provokes existential angst and familial division among the Roys as they anticipate what their lives will look like once the deal is completed. A power struggle ensues as the family weighs up a future where their cultural and political weight is severely curtailed.

The first three seasons of Succession have garnered 48 Emmy nominations and 13 wins, including Outstanding Drama Series, for the second and third seasons. Season three, which premiered October 2021, earned the SAG Award for drama ensemble and swept at WGA, DGA, and PGA.
