The tournament will run until Apr. 27, so visitors can enjoy the Gulf region's oldest, most exciting sport for four whole days!

The tournament will take place at Al Ula's Mughayra Heritage Sports Village where the region's fastest camels and most talented riders will compete for substantial prize pots and the Al Ula Camel Cup champion trophies. 

As 2024 is designated as the Year of the Camel, the 2024 Al Ula Camel Cup will honor the cultural significance of the camel.

Camel racing dates back to the seventh century and is a significant part of Al Ula's cultural heritage and the tournament celebrates that heritage.
