Al Ula Arts Festival is Returning in 2024 on This Date

Calling all art enthusiasts! The third edition of the Al Ula Arts Festival will return to the ancient oasis of Al Ula on Feb. 8, 2024, and will run until Feb. 24, 2024.

The Beginnings of the Al Ula Arts Festival

The festival was first launched in the Coachella Valley of Southern California. 

The arts festival's inaugural edition was launched in Saudi Arabia in 2020. 

What Will the Al Ula Arts Festival Include?

The festival sheds light on the oasis' artistic heritage as well as bringing forth new works by local and international artists.

Al Ula Arts Festival will feature cool exhibitions, magnificent outdoor art installations, street art tours, film screenings, electric performances, and workshops.

The 2024 edition of the festival will be built around three flagship exhibitions, which are:

• Desert X Al Ula 2024
• Wadi Al Fann presents Manal AlDowayan
• More than Meets the Eye

Desert X Al Ula 2024

This exhibition will feature contemporary art projects by Saudi and international artists in Al Ula's desert landscape, where the artists will take the desert as inspiration for these artworks. 

Wadi Al Fann presents Manal AlDowayan

This exhibition will feature famous Saudi artist Manal AlDowayan's artworks that represent the stories of the Al Ula communities. 

More than Meets the Eye

This is another exhibition that will feature the works of both local and international artists, which will be displayed in the Maraya exhibition space and the concert hall.
