The highly anticipated city of THE LINE is taking shape, with NEOM revealing Hidden Marina as the first segment of the revolutionary urban development.

Stretching 2.5 kilometers and soaring 500 meters high, Hidden Marina will consist of three interconnected modules, designed to house over 200,000 residents. According to NEOM’s Chief Development Officer Denis Hickey, the project’s built-up area will exceed 21 million square meters—dwarfing global landmarks like the Burj Khalifa.
Set against the stunning backdrop of NEOM’s mountains, desert valleys, and the Red Sea, THE LINE is designed as a 170-kilometer-long, space-efficient metropolis that will eventually accommodate 9 million people. It will be powered entirely by renewable energy, with 95% of the land dedicated to nature conservation.
Slated for completion by 2030, this ambitious first phase marks a major milestone in redefining sustainable and innovative urban living.
