What Are All the Things We Know About Saudi Giga-Project NEOM?

People in Saudi Arabia will be ecstatic to know that NEOM's new sustainable escape Leyja is coming soon to the Gulf of Aqaba, which is a natural oasis located in the mountains.

Ninety-five percent of NEOM's Leyja will be maintained as a nature preserve, while the rest of the Leyja will be home to three futuristic-styled hotels.

These three hotels will have 120 boutique rooms and suites, with each hotel holding 40 keys.

The names and opening dates of the hotels have not been revealed.

Nonetheless, NEOM has revealed that the first hotel will be for adventure seekers because it has a deconstructed design through the wadi walls, which resemble a staircase.

The hotel's structure will fold into the cliff-top and the valley sides, which will make way for various thrilling activities such as rock climbing.

The second hotel will sit atop the wadi's oasis and it will have a staircase, which will lead directly into the canyon.

The third hotel will be focused on providing a relaxing and rejuvenating retreat, which will have a high-tech reflective facade, which will mirror the surrounding wadi.

All these hotels at NEOM's Leyja will provide fine dining experiences; wellness facilities; rooftop infinity pools; and guided wadi walks and hiking trails through the mountainous landscape.
