Riyadh Zoo is offering a revamped experience this year as part of Riyadh Season. Visitors can enjoy free admission through the WeBook platform, gaining access to over 1,400 animals from 190 species housed in environments designed to replicate their natural habitats.

New Attractions to Watch and Interact
The zoo has introduced exciting new features, including the Croc Cave, where guests can safely observe crocodiles from a secure viewing deck. The Bird Zone allows visitors to feed and interact with exotic bird species, while the Kangaroo Yard offers photo opportunities with Australia’s iconic marsupials.
A lively bird show has also been added, showcasing trained birds performing fun tricks. For hands-on learners, the zoo now features an interactive farm where guests can connect with nature and animals through engaging activities.
A Historical and Family-Friendly Destination
First established in 1957 as a private menagerie for King Saud, Riyadh Zoo is located in the Al-Malaz neighborhood and spans 161,000 square meters. It has grown into one of the city’s favorite attractions, offering a mix of education, entertainment, and relaxation for families and animal enthusiasts alike.
Convenient Facilities for Visitors
The zoo is open daily from 9AM to 5PM, with food stalls and mobile food trucks available to keep guests refreshed throughout their visit.
