A new video has been unveiled by Saudi Arabia"s Red Sea Global (RSG), showing the progress made in one of the nation"s ambitious projects – the Sheybarah Resorts situated on Sheybarah Island.

The hyper-luxurious resort, featuring 73 rooms, and designed by Dubai"s Killa Design, is positioned on an island that can be reached by a 45-minute boat ride from the mainland.

Sheybarah Resort will be located within a diverse ecosystem with mangroves, desert flora, and pristine coral reefs, in its surroundings.

The LEED-Platinum establishment will feature cantilevered accommodations positioned above coral reefs. Referred to as "aerial accommodation pods," these unique structures will provide guests with an immersive experience within a marine paradise.

Powered solely by a centralized solar farm and incorporating a solar-powered desalination plant, the Sheybarah Resort demonstrates its dedication to promoting sustainability.

Waste recycling occurs on-site, reducing the need for material transportation. The project"s infrastructure is designed to offer visitors an engaging experience. The resort"s exterior is crafted using approximately 150 tons of highly reflective stainless-steel orbs, creating a distinctive facade.

This design approach does not only reduce visual intrusion but also enhances energy efficiency by reflecting nearly 100 percent of solar gain.

Within the resort, guests can enjoy spacious interiors where each accommodation provides panoramic sea views. Sliding doors lead to decks, seating zones, and infinity pools.
