Saudi Citizens Can Visit Three Countries Without Obtaining a Visa

Saudi Arabia's embassy in Tirana revealed the countries which the Kingdom's citizens can visit without obtaining a visa in the year 2023.

Saudi citizens can visit Albania without a visa until December 31st of 2023. They can also visit Kosovo without a visa throughout this year.
The Kingdom's citizens can also enter Montenegro without a visa until October 31st, however, citizens cannot travel like this individually, they must be travelling with a tourist group. Furthermore, Saudi citizens travelling to the country must arrive through a direct flight from Saudi Arabia.
Saudi tourists travelling to Montenegro must provide a receipt for accommodation costs, a return ticket to the Kingdom, and a letter of invitation from the tourist office in Montenegro that organized the trip.
Saudi citizens can enter these three countries through a Schengen visa, US visa, UK visa, and Australian visa, given that it is a multiple-entry, valid, and previously used.
