The sand dunes and surrounding mountains in AlUla served as inspiration for the resort's architectural features. It will also include many aspects of sustainability.
Slated to launch in 2027, the resort will feature 76 luxury villas of six different varieties, spa, VIP club, welcome lounges, all-day dining, and a SFER IK museum.
The RCU’s announcement did not reveal information about the costs and schedule of the construction.
