Famed Chef Alvin Leung Is Taking Over Shang Palace in June

Alvin Leung, a chef and TV personality, is visiting Saudi Arabia for the first time in June.

The Shang Palace announced the takeover of an Alvin Leung Jeddah restaurant.

“2-Michelin star chef Alvin Leung is taking over Shang Palace next month for the first time in Saudi Arabia,” Shang Palace Jeddah said.

Leung will take over the renowned restaurant at the Shangri-La Jeddah. Visitors will be able to "experience Chinese cuisine like never before".

Leung is a MasterChef judge with awards. His restaurants Bo London and Bo Innovation have featured his distinctive "X-Treme Chinese" cooking style.

In 2022, he expanded his presence into the Middle East with the opening of Demon Duck at Caesars Palace in Dubai. The eatery’s moniker is a tribute to the Leung’s nickname.
