Here is the 2023's vacatios in the Kingdom:

Saudi Arabian Founding Day

The first official holiday of 2023 was observed on Wednesday, February 22nd. The day, also known as Founding Day, became a recognized national holiday in Saudi Arabia in 2021 when His Highness King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud signed a royal decree designating February 22 as a national holiday for all spheres of society. That persisted through 2023.

Saudi Founding Day honours the lengthy history of the Kingdom and, like many Saudi official holidays, is marked by spectacular fireworks displays, drone displays, and family get-togethers.

There will thereafter be three additional Saudi Arabia public holidays in 2023 that have been confirmed.

Eid al-Fitr

Eid al-Fitr fell on Friday, April 21st, 2023. It is the first day following the month-long holy period of fasting and prayer of Ramadan and the start of the Islamic month of Shawwal.

Beginning on Thursday, April 20, in the evening, we had days off.

Eid al-Adha

One of the holiest days in the Islamic calendar is the Day of Arafah, which comes on the ninth day of Dhu al-Hijjah of the lunar Islamic Calendar, which is Tuesday, June 27th of the Gregorian calendar this year.

The Eid al-Adha is anticipated to take place from Wednesday, June 28th, to Saturday, July 1st.

The moon sighting committee in Saudi Arabia consistently determines the precise day of each Eid.

The National Day, which falls on September 23rd, 2023, will be the final public holiday in Saudi Arabia for this year.
