Saudi medics and rescue teams arrived in Adana, Türkiye to help with the earthquake's recovery efforts. Specialists from King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) departed from King Khalid Airport in Riyadh to provide assistance in Türkiye.

KSrelief has also launched a fundraising campaign, which collected SR 80 million ($21 million) on Thursday morning.
Vice President for Operational Affairs of Saudi's Red Crescent Fahad Al-Hajjaj shared with Ekhbariya TV that the aim of sending these rescue teams is to assess and understand the needs of the earthquake victims and the ground situation in affected areas.
The Red Crescent rescue team includes 20 members including doctors and specialists from different fields that will assist with medical and recovery efforts. The Saudi airbridge conveying aid resources and teams will consist of a total of 4 flights.

The death toll from the Türkiye-Syria earthquake has climbed above 16,000.
