Saudi nationals do not require an entry visa to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina during the tourist season of 2023, the Foreign Ministry of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.

The exemption from the visa requirement will last for three months.

The Saudis will only be permitted to stay for 30 days during the residency period during the advertised three months, according to the embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Riyadh.

Any Saudi who enters Bosnia and Herzegovina with the intention of visiting must present proof of a paid travel package at the border port's customs area as soon as they arrive the embassy said.

The Saudis are also required to provide evidence of travel health insurance, in addition to evidence of proof of having transportation when returning.

Saudi citizens travelling to Bosnia and Herzegovina for business or a brief vacation are required to provide an invitation letter that has been authorized by the country's department of foreign affairs when they arrive at the border port's customs section.
