Two relief planes carrying 168 tons of aid for the people of Ukraine set out from King Khalid International Airport on Friday.

The aircraft took off in the morning towards Rzeszow Airport in Poland, which is close to the Ukrainian border. Ukrainian border, in the morning. The cargo, which will cross the Polish border into Ukraine, includes of building supplies, power generators, and medical supplies. 

A $400 million agreement and a memorandum of understanding were signed last week by the Kingdom to provide Ukraine with more humanitarian assistance.

In collaboration with the Polish government and UN agencies, the Kingdom previously donated $10 million in emergency medical and housing relief to Ukrainian refugees in close-by nations, especially Poland.
