Avoid Unofficial Channels for Hajj Booking

The Ministry has strongly warned against using any unofficial channels to book Hajj packages. Any information or offers circulating through unauthorized platforms are not recognized by the Ministry and may be misleading. This means there are no guarantees that those who book through unofficial sources will receive the proper Hajj visa or support during the pilgrimage.

To avoid falling victim to fake ads or fraudulent offers, the Ministry urges the public to verify all Hajj-related information carefully. Be cautious of any advertisements or promotions that aren’t directly from authorized sources.

Where to Book Your Hajj Visa

If you’re looking to book your Hajj, there are official channels that you can trust. An authorized Hajj visa can be arranged through:

  • Hajj affairs offices in 80 countries: These offices work closely with the Saudi authorities to ensure that everything is in order for your trip.
  • The Nusuk Hajj platform: This platform supports pilgrims from over 126 countries, making it easy to book directly for your Hajj journey.

For domestic pilgrims, Saudi citizens and residents, the Ministry has also made it clear that you must use the official “electronic portal” on the Ministry’s website or the Nusuk app to book your Hajj packages.

How to Get Support

If you have any questions or need assistance, the Ministry offers 24-hour multilingual support through the ‘Guests Care Centers’. You can reach them easily:
