This decision gave everyone the chance to perform Umrah during Ramadan, avoid overcrowding, and enable the pilgrims to carry out the rituals easily and comfortably.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah further highlighted the significance to issue permission from the Nusuk app before performing Umrah. In addition, pilgrims have to show their dedication to the designated schedule.

Although there is no option to modify the date of the Umrah, pilgrims can cancel their appointment through the Nusuk application before the permitted time, and then they can obtain a new permit.

The Ministry has verified that the reservations are regularly updated, and has emphasized that if pilgrims are unable to find an available date, they can attempt to secure a reservation at a later time.
