Football fans, mark your calendars! The highly anticipated AFC Asian Cup 2027 is heading to Saudi Arabia, with the tournament running from January 7 to February 5, 2027. The Kingdom will host Asia’s top 24 national teams, competing across multiple cities, including Riyadh, Jeddah, and Khobar.

Confirmed Venues So Far

  • Jeddah: Matches will take place at the iconic King Abdullah Sports City and Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Sports City Stadium.
  • Khobar: A brand-new state-of-the-art stadium is set to debut.
  • Riyadh: Fans can catch games at King Fahd Sports City Stadium, King Saud University Stadium, Imam Mohammed Ibn Saud University Stadium, the Kingdom Arena, and Al Shabab Stadium.

Who’s Competing?

So far, 18 nations have secured their spots, including Saudi Arabia as the host nation, alongside football heavyweights like Japan, Korea Republic, Australia, Qatar, and UAE. The final six teams will be determined in the last round of qualifiers.
