Employers in Saudi Arabia were reminded to register non-Saudi workers as soon as they enter the country.  The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) emphasized that employers should complete the registration procedures by entering the data of actual wages or salaries through electronic services.

If in any case the employer fails to update the details, the system will automatically determine the contributor’s wage according to the average wage approved for establishments starting from Feb. 1, 2023, the organization said in a statement, carried by the Saudi Press Agency.

Employers can complete the procedures through the “My Business Insurance” platform by logging into the establishment’s account and submitting the application after completing the transaction electronically.
