A round-trip ticket in economy class will cost SR23. According to Al-Harbi, this affordable fee is intended to make it easier for Jeddah residents to carry out the Umrah pilgrimage. To achieve this, the trains will prioritize Sulaymaniyah stop when providing Haramain Train services.

To get visitors from Makkah's Rusaifa stop to the Grand Mosque, there will be transportation services available. All stations have been outfitted with the amenities needed to service Umrah pilgrims, and trips between Makkah and Madinah and the other stations will be increased during the busiest Umrah season in Ramadan.

More than 25,000 trips have been made on the railway, which links Makkah and Madinah via Jeddah and Rabigh, since it first began operating, keeping a 95 percent accuracy in the schedule of services.
