Lionel Messi to Arrive in Saudi Arabia for Tourism Ambassador Trip

Football star Lionel Messi will be visiting Saudi Arabia again in March, the country's Minister of Tourism Ahmed al-Khateeb shared on Wednesday.

The Minister stated in a tweet "I am happy to welcome our Tourism Ambassador and star Lionel Messi and his family and friends this month on his second visit to Saudi."

Messi previously travelled to Saudi Arabia in May 2022 after he took on the role of the Kingdom's Tourism Ambassador.
During his last visit, Messi went to Jeddah during the Jeddah Season festival which attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors within 60 days.
Messi has been made the Kingdom's Tourism Ambassador in order to highlight the country as an ideal tourist destination for international people.
