To offer pilgrims clean, cool water, Zamzam water is provided in containers on the sides and corridors of the Two Holy Mosques in a sanitary and safe manner while following a monitoring system. By addressing questions and providing a list of i'tikaf services, the applications, and services also assist pilgrims and visitors.

“The Ramzan operation plan is centered on field presence, holding laxity to account, providing a safe, healthy environment in the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, diversifying initiatives, optimal utilization of artificial intelligence and use of apps in different fields for serving the highest numbers of Umrah pilgrims and visitors,” said The General Presidency for the affairs of the two Holy Mosques, Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al Sudais.
