The Saudi Games Are Returning to the Kingdom for 2023

The Saudi Games are returning to Saudi Arabia for a second edition on November 26th, 2023 and the event will run until December 10th, 2023.

The first edition took place from October to November 2022 and it was held in various locations including Saudi Equestrian Federation. The event received 6,000 athletes from 13 regions in the Kingdom and they competed for a prize pool of over SAR 200 million. 

The event had over 40 sports including archery, padel, boxing, volleyball, jiujitsu, swimming, tennis, and wrestling.  The event also included five Paralympic sports competitions: wheelchair basketball, goalball, table tennis, weightlifting and athletics.

In the last edition of the games, the torch relay also journeyed across 3,500 km and the opening ceremony included a performance from DJ David Guetta.  Therefore, expectations are high for Saudi Games 2023.
