Saudi Arabia Starts Issuing E-visas for Umrah

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has begun issuing electronic visas for Umrah, as part of its efforts to encourage more Muslims to travel to the Kingdom to undertake the Umrah pilgrimage and to make the process easier for them.

Those who seek electronic visas can apply on the Nusuk platform by July 19th to begin entering the Kingdom, according to the ministry.

The Nusuk platform makes it easier for Muslims from around the world to travel to Makkah and Madinah.

It also offers accommodation options, residence and transportation services, as well as simple access to a collection of informational resources and interactive maps in several languages.
