The Red Sea International Airport Receives Its First Flight

The Red Sea International (RSI) Airport has officially become operational, receiving its first flight by Saudia.

The maiden flight landed on the newly inaugurated runway on Thursday, September 21st. 

Saudia will operate two weekly flights from King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh to the Red Sea International Airport. 

The flights will arrive every Thursday and Saturday, connecting the two destinations in less than two hours.

By 2024, the airport aims to handle international flights as well.
