King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah has banned several types of luggage for all passengers.

The airport said that bags tied with rope, cloth-wrapped bags, round and irregularly shaped baggage are now not allowed.

Banned luggage also includes baggage exceeding ticket weight restrictions, cloth luggage and baggage with long straps.
