The incident happened in Sabt Al Alaya, a town in Balqarn Governorate in the Asir region of southwestern Saudi Arabia. The man, reportedly a foreign national, was walking along the edge of a road when the unexpected happened.

Surveillance footage shows a large construction bulldozer driving forward, seemingly unaware of the pedestrian in its path. With the blade obstructing the driver’s view, the bulldozer hits the man from behind, sending him to the ground before rolling directly over him.
