The Absher platform has issued a caution against using its identity in scams and false connections. Absher, a mobile app that makes a number of governmental services available to Saudi Arabian residents and citizens. The Absher app offers a number of services, including the ability to update passport information, apply for jobs and Hajj permits, and report electronic crimes. 

Absher has stated on Twitter that the only ways to access its platform are through the Absher app or through the official website, ABSHER.sa.

The fake communications and links must be disregarded. These links are entirely fraudulent and are intended to deceive users. Additionally, Absher has examined instances of attempts to capitalize on its name, including some fake URLs like WWW.ABSHIR.SA or WWW.ABSHER.COM.

In situations where a users account gets hacked due to fraud calls/ links, one must visit the self-service machines to update the mobile number and change the password for the Absher platform or visit the activation staff with civil status or passports via the link https://bit.ly/3HGPFmH as mentioned by Absher on Twitter.
