The Spanish professional footballer Gabriel Veiga has been officially welcomed by Al-Ahli, marking a huge transfer from Celta Vigo in Spain.

The 21-year-old’s arrival has been solidified with a three-season contract, binding him to the club until 2026.
The club announced the deal via their official platform, "X". Veiga is referred to in the announcement as a "Spanish gem."
Veiga signed the contract in the presence of Yazan Al Sharif, CEO of Al-Ahli Club Company, after undergoing successful medical evaluations in Paris.
The summer of Al-Ahli has been distinguished by a frenzy of acquisitions. Starting with Senegalese goalkeeper Edouard Mendy from Chelsea FC in England.
They were followed by Saint-Maximin, Riyad Mahrez, and Roberto Firmino. Brazilian Éverton and Ivorian Frank Kessié from FC Barcelona, as well as Turkish player Merih Demiral, added to their ranks.
