Eligibility criteria

NEOM has established specific eligibility requirements for the job roles that are currently open, which may vary depending on the nature of the position. However, all candidates are required to hold at least a bachelor's degree, and those with relevant experience will be given preference. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also a must-have for all positions, while some roles may require a master's degree.

In addition, NEOM is also offering opportunities for fresh graduates through its Graduates Opportunities in Work (GrOW) programme. Eligibility criteria for this programme includes a minimum of a bachelor's degree, a strong academic record, and a demonstrated interest in the field.
