Saudi Tour Cycling Race Starts in AlUla on Jan 30th

From January 30th to February 3rd, the Saudi Tour cycling race is returning to AlUla on its third edition and will be run in five stages over 851 kilometers. 

The race will host about 211 competitors who will be divided into 16 teams from different countries.

The first stage will start on Monday, January 30th, from AlUla International Airport, covering 180.5 km to Khaybar. 

The second phase will cover 184 km from Winter Park to the rocks of the Sijlyat waterfall.

Stage three will see riders travel 159.2 km from Al Manshiyah Train Station to Abu Rakah. 

The fourth 163.4 km-stage will be from Maraya theater to the skyviews of Harrat Uwayrid. 

The final stage covers a distance of 142.9 km from the old town of AlUla to the Maraya concert hall.

The competition is held in cooperation with the Saudi Cycling Federation and the International Cycling Union (UCI).

The teams will be divided into seven licensed UCI world teams, six professional UCI-licensed teams, and three invitational teams competing in the event. You can check the teams from here
