Second Hajj Application Phase Launched for Pilgrims

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced that domestic pilgrims, citizens, and residents who last performed the Hajj rituals five years ago or more can now submit their requests for the Hajj season for 1444 AH.

Pilgrims can submit a request for Hajj through the Hajj website for domestic pilgrims here or via the Nusuk app, the ministry added.

With the Nusuk platform, pilgrims from more than 58 countries, including Europe, the US, Australia, and others, can register, book, and pay online using a simple and convenient online process, and they can select service packages like accommodation, food service, flights, assistance, and transportation.

The issue of Hajj permits will start on May 5th.

Those registering to perform Hajj rituals must be vaccinated against COVID-19, meningitis, and seasonal influenza.

Minister of Hajj and Umrah Tawfiq Al-Rabiah previously said that Saudi Arabia is getting ready to host two million pilgrims during the Hajj season for 1444 AH.

The first registration phase was for those who have not ever performed Hajj rituals and it lasted until the 10th of Ramadan.
