The National Water Company reported that more than 11.4 million cubic meters of water had been purified using operational data for the water distribution system in Madinah, and more than 13,000 laboratory tests were carried out on water samples to confirm their high quality and compliance with health guidelines and standards.

During the pre-Hajj season, the company offered its amenities to pilgrims in Madinah by pumping water continuously to suit their needs. At the Prophet's Mosque, in the central area of Madinah, and at holy locations, water was pumped.

This was done as part of the National Water Company's efforts to give pilgrims and tourists to the Prophet's Mosque the best amenities and to provide sustainable, high-quality water services.
