Great Places to Work in Saudi Arabia for 2023 Announced

Al Dabbagh Group has been named Saudi Arabia’s best workplace in the large category, while Chalhoub Group, PepsiCo, Hilton, and DHL Express rounded off the top five, according to a survey released on Friday by Great Place to Work.

The list recognized 25 large, 35 small and medium, and the top 25 micro organizations across Saudi Arabia for their efforts, the consultancy said.

Large Category

Large companies are those with more than 500 employees according to the report. 

Masdar, the Diriyah Gate Development Authority, Savola Foods, Deloitte Global, the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, Capital Market Authority and Apparel Group, were other companies that made it to the large group list the consultancy said.

“As a part of their organisational strategy, great workplaces throughout Saudi Arabia compete across different sectors in providing great workplace environments for all employees to ensure winning the war of local talent,” said Tanzeel Rehman, Great Place to Work Middle East's managing director for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

Small and Medium Category

Small companies are those with between 51 and 100 employees, while medium companies hire between 101 and 499 workers, according to the consultancy.

Cisco has been named Saudi Arabia’s best workplace in the small and medium category in 2023. DHL Global Forwarding, Sirar by STC, Medtronic, and Al Muhaidib Holding Company rounded off the top five best workplaces in the small and medium category this year.Cargo and freight service

Kinan, Servier, L’Oreal, Asharqia Chamber, Amaq and AstraZeneca were also in the list the consultancy said.

Micro category

Biotechnology company Biogen was ranked the best workplace in the micro category in Saudi Arabia.

Chemicals company Dow was ranked second in the micro category, followed by HR software provider ZenHR and executive search firm Top Talent Solutions.
