The Saudi Coffee Corner, which was set up by the King Abdulaziz Public Library, witnessed a large turnout of visitors coinciding with the distribution ceremony of the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Award for Translation in its tenth session, which was held at Cairo University during the period between 12-15 October.

The King Abdulaziz Public Library has set up a heritage corner for coffee to celebrate the Year of Saudi Coffee, an initiative launched by the Saudi Ministry of Culture to revive the Kingdom's cultural heritage through Saudi coffee.

The initiative reaped a great deal of attention from the Egyptian press due to the introduction of coffee and the participation of Western nationalities in preparing and tasting it.
