KSA Announces A Four-Day Holiday Break for 94th National Day

Saudi Arabia has declared a four-day holiday to mark its 94th National Day, which is celebrated annually on September 23rd.

This year, National Day falls on a Monday, with the Kingdom’s weekend running from Friday, September 20, to Saturday, September 21. Some employees will also enjoy an extended break on Sunday, September 22.

On August 23, Turki bin Abdulmohsen Al-Sheikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), unveiled the theme for this year’s celebration as "We Dream and Achieve," according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA). This theme emphasizes major projects under Saudi Vision 2030 and underscores the Kingdom's leadership in various sectors.

The GEA has called on both government and private entities to adopt this official theme for the 94th National Day.

National Day commemorates the unification of the regions of Najd and Hijaz in 1932, forming the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of King Abdulaziz Ibn Saud. The event is celebrated nationwide with parades, concerts, traditional activities, and fireworks.
