Employer to be in Charge of a Non-Saudi Employee Changing Professions

The employer is responsible to cover the costs of changing a non-Saudi employee's profession, as per the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD).

Additionally, according to MHRSD, corporations are accountable for paying a number of expenses for non-Saudi employees, including residence (Iqama) fees, work license renewal fees, and late payment fines.

Additionally, after the two parties' contract has expired, exit and return fees will be added to the cost of the non-Saudi worker's return ticket.

According to MHRSD, the employee is entitled to get an experience certificate free of charge following the end of the work contract since it must specify the employee's last salary and the date on which he began and ended his employment.
