Four Seasons Announces New Red Sea Resort in Saudi Arabia

The luxury hotel chain Four Seasons announced on Tuesday a new Red Sea resort opening at Al Shura Island in Saudi Arabia.  

The resort is the last of 16 hotels to open at Al Shura Island as part of the Red Sea giga-project. This Red Sea Four Seasons Resort is scheduled to open in 2024.

The resort will have 149 rooms and suites, six restaurants, a marine discovery centre, three outdoor pools, tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course, a yacht marina, a spa with a hammam, and two separate beaches for families and adults.

The Red Sea Four Seasons Resort will add to the growing number of projects in the Kingdom including the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at the Kingdom Centre and upcoming projects in Diriyah and Jeddah at the Corniche.  

The Red Sea Project is one of three giga-projects announced by Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman in 2017. It will be a luxury tourism destination for visitors, which will allow them to indulge in the nature, adventure, and culture of the Kingdom. The project extends over 28,000 km² on the Red Sea Coast of Saudi Arabia.
