Here's When Saudi Will Host the International Islamic Conference

150 religious figures and muftis from 85 nations are expected to gather at an Islamic conference that Saudi Arabia will hold in Makkah to encourage moderation.

The conference, scheduled for August 13th–14th, was granted royal approval by King Salman of Saudi Arabia.

Through seven panel discussions, participants will examine issues related to extremism and terrorism as well as encourage tolerance and intercultural harmony.

According to SPA, the two-day conference is being organized by the Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance and aims to connect scholars and religious organizations from around the world while highlighting their contribution to promoting Muslim unity, combating extremist ideologies, and reducing violence.
