Saudi Arabia Ranks Second in Global Tourism Growth

Saudi Arabia ranked second in the world for tourist arrivals in the first seven months of 2023, according to data from the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).

The number of tourists visiting Saudi Arabia increased by 58% in the first seven months of 2023 compared to the same period in 2019, according to the Ministry of Tourism.

Saudi Arabia's recent ranking as the second most popular tourist destination in the world reflects the country's status as a global tourist destination with easy-to-get visas and a variety of high-quality destinations and activities to offer visitors, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
