Saudi Executes US National Found Guilty of Killing His Egyptian Father

An American citizen who had been found guilty of killing his father had been executed by Saudi Arabia on Wednesday.

The man who was executed was named Bishoy Sharif Naji Naseef by the Interior Ministry, who also claimed that he had beaten and strangled his Egyptian father to death.

It further stated that Naseef used drugs, destroyed his father's body following his murder, and made another murder attempt before to being captured. The way in which Naseef was executed was not specified in the statement.

There was no immediate way to identify Naseef's attorney. No information was available regarding Naseef's residence in the United States.
