The fee waiver encompasses various charges, including residency permit (iqama) fees, work permit fees, transfer of service fees, and profession change fees. The exemption period starts upon arrival in the Kingdom and extends for four years as individuals rectify their legal status.

Previous Fees and Fines Coverage

Additionally, the state will cover all previously incurred fees and fines related to Residency Law violations for both displaced individuals and their companions, offering financial relief during the settlement process.
